You know when you walk past someone and their perfume takes you back in time for a second? You stop, take a deep breath, and as you breathe in, you remember… I’m sure there’s not an adult in this world who hasn’t experienced it.
I used to go to perfumeries just to smell the perfume I used at certain stages of my life. That scent would take me back to moments that were etched deep inside me, and maybe I forgot about them along the way.
